Tequila Sunrise NAU

Tequila Sunrise is a lively, unofficial Homecoming Saturday tradition in Flagstaff tied to Northern Arizona University. Beginning at sunrise, downtown bars open early as students, alumni, and visitors gather to celebrate, socialize, and enjoy the festive atmosphere. The event sets the tone for the day’s Homecoming parade and football game, where NAU’s football program faces the University of Northern Colorado, making it one of the most energetic and anticipated weekends of the year.
